Position Overview:

As the Sr. Salesforce Marketing Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Marketing solutions connected to Salesforce CRM. You will be instrumental in driving innovation, ensuring best practices are followed, and delivering exceptional results that meet or exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, and working knowledge of how both of those systems interact with Salesforce CRM.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable and effective Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. Develop comprehensive implementation plans that address client needs and align with industry best practices.

 

  • Implementation: Oversee the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Manage project scope, resources, and timelines to achieve successful outcomes.

 

  • Technical Expertise: Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce Marketing features, updates, and trends. Leverage your technical expertise to troubleshoot complex issues, optimize system performance, and recommend enhancements that drive business value.

 

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor on Salesforce Marketing Cloud strategy and execution. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs, address concerns, and drive alignment.

 

  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, including whitepapers, case studies, and presentations. Share insights and best practices internally and externally to position the organization as a leader in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and optimization.

 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to identify opportunities for collaboration and integration. Partner with other practice leads to deliver holistic solutions that meet broader business objectives.

 

  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of implementations. Solicit feedback from clients and team members to identify areas for enhancement and implement actionable recommendations.

 

­Qualifications:

  • Multiple Salesforce Certifications and 5+ years’ experience in the Salesforce ecosystem

    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant (Required)

    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer (Preferred)

    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist (Preferred)

    • Salesforce Administrator (Preferred)

  • 5+ years’ experience in professional business consulting environments

  • 5+ years’ experience within the Salesforce ecosystem

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience managing and delivering multiple projects

  • Proven experience leading implementation projects from initiation to completion

  • Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration, customization, and integration

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business results and exceeding client expectations

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve and make data-driven decisions

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of professional experience in a relevant field

  • Available for up to 10% travel

  

New Business Referral Bonus:

A New Business Referral Bonus will be paid on revenue associated with any new client sourced through the Solutions Architect. New Business Referral Bonus is eligible on all revenue booked with a new client within the first 12 months of the client's first engagement.
